Principais tópicos
1. Why is it important to teach about leadership interventions and design-projects as kind of practical mechanisms for bringing about transitions or other substantive changes in public organizations and the programs they are involved in?
2. What makes any given “recovered design” especially promising as a design reference (indeed, precedent) for a given “unfolding” situation of practice?
3. Why is it important for professional practitioners to learn to recover designs in cases where organizations were engaged in transitions or other substantive changes?
4. What makes it hard to teach “design recovery” as a professional competence – and what are practical means to make it work despite its difficulties?
